Return and exchange policy for the Crocs.pl.ua online store
1. General Provisions
- Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Return Policy
The product is subject to return if:
- It was not in use.
- Its marketable appearance has been preserved (there are no signs of wear, stains, scratches, etc.).
- All tags, labels and packaging are preserved.
- There is a document confirming the purchase (check, receipt, invoice).
3. Return procedure
- Please contact our support team via the phone number or email address listed on the website.
- Please submit a return request stating the reason.
- Get shipping instructions.
4. Return costs
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or an error in order completion, the store will cover the return costs.
- In other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Exchange conditions
- Exchange is possible if the required size or model is available.
- If the desired option is not available, a refund or selection of another product from the store's assortment is possible.
6. Refund terms
- Refunds will be made within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
- Funds are returned to the buyer's specified details.
7. Special cases
- Products purchased during promotions or discounts are returned under general conditions.
- Returns of custom-made goods are only possible in case of shortage.
