1. General Provisions
1.1. Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC ,
EIN: 41-3078643 , address: 21308 Moneta Ave, Carson, CA 90745, USA, establishes the conditions, purposes, procedures and measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data of Visitors to the website https://crocs.pl.ua.
1.2. This policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection." The terms used in this document have the meanings defined by Ukrainian law and the "Terms and Definitions" section. VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC guarantees the confidentiality of personal data received from website users.
1.3. This Policy has been drawn up taking into account current changes in legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular, the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 - GDPR).

They represent the interests of and act on behalf of VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC , organize and process the personal data of Visitors, determine the purpose, scope, and procedure for such processing, and act as the Seller under the Public Offer Agreement.
2.5. IP address – a unique network address of a device on the Internet, used to identify the connection.
3. Methods of processing personal data
3.1. The Administration processes personal data by collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, updating, modifying, using, transferring, blocking, deleting, or destroying it in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Personal data is stored exclusively in electronic form and is used to achieve the purposes specified in paragraph 4.3 of this Policy.
3.3. The Administration has the right to engage third parties to process personal data, subject to compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
3.4. The transfer of personal data to government agencies is carried out only in cases and according to the procedure stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. Concept and composition of personal data, purpose of their processing
4.1. The list of personal data subject to protection is formed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

4.3. The processing of personal data of persons filling out forms on the Website is carried out for the purpose of:

9.3. Relations not regulated by this Policy are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

9.5. Control over compliance with the requirements of the Policy is carried out by the Administration.
