User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the website crocs.pl.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and is a legally binding agreement between the Site Administration and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The site is an online store selling shoes and accessories.
1.2. Use of the Site is possible only subject to full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
2. Registration and account creation
2.1. To place an order, the User can create an account or make a purchase without registration.
2.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information when registering and placing an order.
2.3. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her account access data.
3. Ordering procedure
3.1. The order is placed through the shopping cart on the Website or by using the phone number specified in the contact information.
3.2. After placing an order, the Administration sends a confirmation to the email or phone number specified by the User.
3.3. If a product is unavailable, the Administration undertakes to inform the User about this and offer alternative options.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for goods is made using the methods specified on the Website.
4.2. When subscribing, the User undertakes to make payment in full before the goods are shipped.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the User when placing the order.
5.2. Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and region.
5.3. Delivery costs are indicated separately when placing an order.
6. Return and exchange
6.1. The User has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the conditions specified in the "Return and Exchange Rules".

7. Responsibilities of the parties
7.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the actions taken on the Site.
7.2. The Administration shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical malfunctions or actions of third parties.
7.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Administration is released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Administration undertakes to ensure the protection of personal data of Users in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. The use of personal data is carried out exclusively for the execution of orders and improvement of the service.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1 All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in the relevant court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Site and shall remain in effect until it is amended or cancelled by the Administration.
10.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that he/she has read the terms of the Agreement and agrees to comply with them.
