1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for goods posted on the website https://crocs.pl.ua.
1.2. The seller is VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC , EIN: 41-3078643 , registration address: 21308 Moneta Ave, Carson, CA 90745, USA.
1.3. In accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, in the event of acceptance of the conditions set out below and placing an order, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) accepts the terms of this offer.
1.4. Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
2.2. The name, range, price and characteristics of the product are determined from the information posted on the website at the time of placing the order.
3. Ordering procedure
3.1. The buyer independently places an order through the website's functionality.
3.2. After placing an order, the Buyer may be sent a confirmation by email or telephone.
3.3. The seller has the right to clarify the details of the order before fulfilling it.
4. Price of goods and payment procedure
4.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website in the national currency of Ukraine.
4.2. Payment is made using the methods available on the website when placing an order.
4.3. The moment of payment is considered to be the moment the funds are credited to the seller’s account.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out by delivery services throughout Ukraine.
5.2. Delivery costs and terms are determined by the carrier and are specified when placing the order.
5.3. The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The seller is obliged to:
6.1.1. transfer to the Buyer goods of proper quality;
6.1.2. provide reliable information about the product.
6.2. The seller has the right:
6.2.1. change prices of goods unilaterally;
6.2.2. refuse to fulfill an order if the goods are not available.
6.3. The Buyer is obliged to:
6.3.1. provide accurate information when placing an order;
6.3.2. pay for the goods in accordance with the established procedure.
7. Return of goods
7.1. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods remain in their marketable condition.
8. Responsibilities of the parties
8.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. The seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier.
9. Force majeure
9.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance and shall remain in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
10.2. The seller under this agreement is VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC .
10.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10.4. VIRTUALZONE ASSETS LLC has the right to make changes to this agreement without prior notice by posting a new version on the website.
